I can't take the freezing anymore and have completely run out of patience with my PS3. Buying a new console is out of the question and I'd rather not spend $100 but it's gonna be a long fucking winter with no games otherwise. Has anyone ever used this place?

That's the first time I ever heard of them. I went through sony and it took them three tries to fix mine. But ask some of the employees at gamestop. They are always selling refurbisehd, they might have a better turnaround time. And if you go with the pros, let us know how it worked out.

i was done with ps3 before it came out. and xbox. im fine with my snes.
