If public place, check to see if anyone else is in the restroom, and go to the next stall or get paper towels.

In my house? If I had no loo-roll, I'm sure I'd have some kitchen roll or some other paper I could shimmy over to.

In a public place? Panic. Ask the person in the stall next to me? I'm sure they wouldn't deny me some.

After that, use a sock and throw it away. Or my pants and throw them away. Or my pants and just put them back on and continue on with my day.
