I'd have to say in this order:
PGA - your day at the office would be in places like Pebble Beach, Augusta, etc. You're at no risk of chronic concussion syndrome, and you don't have to win every tournament - just one here and there and rake in millions in endorsements.
MLB - again, you work outdoors in nice weather. You're at more risk of injury than in golf but still the longevity is there. That long ball.
Formula 1 - for the sheer exhiliration. Just be prepared to die in a horrific jumble of carbon fiber and concrete.
