Why save the world, when you can rule it?
If we're just talking about having all female world leaders in this current political climate then I would say the world would pretty much be the same as it is right now. If we're talking about a divergence from our current social evolution where at some point during the early stages of the species' early social development, matriarchal societies formed and prospered instead of patriarchal ones I'm sure there definitely would be some difference in how the current civilisation would run. But to say it would be "better" or there would be "no war" and that it would be some sort of decadent utopia as I'm sure some would posit, is ridiculous because the need for power, wealth and territory are universal.
