How do you judge what constitutes "flaking"? And to what degree? Do you cut all contact or just cut it to a strategic minimum?

try be with a girl for 5 years and she constantly telling you she is busy, have too much work, working long hours because rent is too high while you are paying her cell phone bills, and giving free ESL lessons to her cousin or brother.
