Alright , The video is called carnaval 2007 and its brazilian. I've been able to identify most of the other cast members and have not been able to id this brunette who does appear quite a bit in it. Check out the attachment. The title carnaval 2007 has quite a lot of distributors which makes this even more cumbersome.
