He may not be spamming in the traditional sense, (in that he's making actual requests) but it's still pretty annoying to post half a page's worth of requests within a few minutes. It would be nice if the requests were spaced a bit more or at the very least, consolidated to some degree. Three requests per post with 11 posts could easily be cut down by requesting 5 or even 10 per post, considering all that's being shown is a single pic of each girl.
