ID her please

Hi

I'm looking for this Girl.

Here are the Information I have.

I know that she acted in a movie with Mike Horner. Mike was something like a Secret Service Agent. The Movie should be about more than 7 yrs old.

As far as I know she is blond, but somtimes she has black hair, like on the following pic.

The only picture I've found is this one, I know not the best to clarify her ID, but better than nothing.
