ID girl not from this earth!

I've been doing a lot of research on this photo. I found this photo on a site devoted to Argen-Teens. It looks like the image posted at the top of this thread has been photoshopped/airbrushed, altered in some way.
The photo I am posting now was supposed to take me to a larger photo, but that link is dead. Look at how the image is mirrored, both girls nipples are different, pubic hair is different, the other girl has tats on her side.
I am still going to look around some more though but I really think it's Muriel and there ain't nothing wrong with that.
Oh and to thank me for such exhausting research. How about telling me who the girl is in the other picture I'm posting.

So. I couldn't find a better copy of the original picture, but I did find another picture from the set. You can tell it's the same sauna.
Looks like someone did a lot of chopping and airbrushing to make Muriel look more like either Natalie Portman or Megan Fox, I can't tell.
Sorry but it looks like the girl not from this earth isn't real at all and her skinny friend has sagging boobs and big red nipples.
