ID girl and/or video of the 90s

I saw this video back in the early 90s and saved it with the tools I had back then (VCR connected to a Voodoo 3dFx - defunct card!) so the quality isn't the best.
The scene takes place in a living room, on a sofa. Please help me IDing the girl and/or video. BTW the guy is Tom Byron, whos body parts were filtered
