I can't be too certain but it does appear that there are some screenshots of different movies

I think another possibility could be - https://www.hotmovies.com/video/89608/Taboo-American-Style-Part-3-Nina-Becomes-An-Actress/ or another one of the same series 1 - 4
I think the old guy might be - Jake Teague
One of the girls might be - Raven
Another woman might be - Gloria Leonard
