@batmaxo So apparently it actually was Nita Strauss. I found pics of her at the AVN awards with some porn dude...I guess somehow she became an extra.

In the scene the blonde is referred to as Nurse Strauss so that image search was not the only confirmation.
thank you-sucks they pulled it from doctors adventures because that's where I did my looking. I just kept the image and never tagged it with a date or the star.
