I was watching the food network.It was one of those food challenge shows.One of the judges told the guy his ice cream was too cold.How is that isn't that the point of ice cream:dunno:
If I recall correctly, it's actually true. On one of those Food Network shows, they went into an ice cream plant, and the guy said that people are actually shocked that ice cream can be too cold. He said it's because ice crystals can form in the ice cream, which sort of ruins the texture.
Ice cream should be cold but not rock hard. As far as commercial ice cream is concerned, anything less than Blue Bell is inferior. It is the best in the world.....period.
