To quote Denzel Washington in Training Day when posed with the subject of a man being accused of committing an action that he did not do:
"a room full of cops says that you did. what do you think a jury is going to believe? it's not what you know, it's what you can prove."
If it ever even came to the point where the police had to explain what happened they would say that you were causing a scene, being hostile, belligerent and uncooperative and that is why they escorted you from the premises, and that would be the end of it.

yes, i understand. but there are certain rules and definitions that are supposed to be followed. if someone can sufficiently demonstrate that, for example, i wasn't actually making a scene but peacefully, legally making a complaint, then something is wrong. i mean, i'm no lawyer, but i don't think you can just throw words around like uncooperative when they clearly don't apply. what was i being uncooperative about? i wasn't being arrested. i wasn't even asked to calm down, which would have been absurd considering i was relatively calm the whole time.
