I think I got fooked by Camonster....

I hope its ok I post this here, its just a PSA about camonster.

Soooo back in March I logged into camonster and signed up for FREE. I never did this before and I probably never will again, freshly separated I guess I was looking to see a live girl naked. LOL.

I bought into a couple gold shows, spent roughly 30 bucks and that was that. Gladly paid the 30, the girl was hot and fun.

So I looked on my CC bill today and noticed a 14.95 charge from EPOCH for June and one for July. Nothing for April, nothing for May...

I called EPOCH and the guy answered said he can cancel the subscription and I said I never had a fucking subscription, I signed up for FREE and used it 4 months ago for a show or two... never signed up for a subscription and what did I get with this subscription? Videos? Nope. Images? Nope... I still dont know. I told him I have not logged into the site in over 3 months, and the guy pretty much hung up on me.

So I got the confirmation of cancellation, and I have sent a notice to them asking for a refund. Lucky for me I have a ******* in law in the Attorney Generals office and I have friends that work for the BBB. So if I wanted, I've done it before, I could report them and the AG will then do an investigation on them in regards to the erroneous bills.

This is just a story to warn you about camonsters, EPOCH and their shadey dealings. If you want to do cams avoid them and use someone else who wont charge you a mysterious subscription fee months after you look at titty.

Updated. They refunded my money almost immediately without question. Sooo it sucks they tried to hawk 15 bucks a month from me, but its two thumbs up for them refunding me almost immediately.

Its all about the terms and conditions. I've been a free member of http://freeonescams.com/ and http://www.freeoneslive.com/ and have only paid a few bucks when I willingly joined a paid show. (What can I say, I like Russian girls.) It was no surprise, I knowingly clicked private chat for 1.99 a minute. And yes, it was worth it. Girl be hot.

I have never been charged a monthly fee/maintenance fee, or anything like that. I'm just a regular member too, like anyone else.


I'd say stick with the big dogs with good reputations. But it's good news when you got your issue resolved so easily.

As far as billing processors go, Epoch is actually very good. They will side with the consumer, as it should be.

I don't think that epoch had anything to do with it. I've used their service a few times now and everything went well. I don't know camonster but I can recommend myfreecams.com and chaturbate.com. Two very good camsites

Yeah the billing companies are just that, billing companies they only do the processing of the account. I would suggest to also look at the fine print, I know we tend to speed read but you never no what hidden fees are out there
