I started reading this a few weeks ago starting from the top of the list (the earliest known king, Offa), going through king to king.
This is interesting stuff. Even the best fiction writer would be hard pressed to match these stories.
Henry VIII alone is an intense story.

I think, what was the big deal in those days about being king?
Would you really have much more than the common man?
