I desperately need your help to save my dog...

I know I've been away this summer. I've been basically recouping and making some positive decisions for my life (joined a band and a burlesque troupe and been performing like crazy, but that doesn't pay the bills now does it?) however my lack of online presence has obviously effected my earnings as well...

I need your help to save my dog.

My *** set this up for me and my very ill dog Jebidiah.

My dog swallowed a ball and has an intestinal blockage. He will die within 48 hours without a $1600 emergency surgery that he needs to have tomorrow asap.

Sorry if this post is a bother and you consider it spam or some kind of a scam but I will seriously try anything (even if it's totally crazy and a little bit humiliating) before I just let him die. Plus the money is going right to the vet, I don't even touch it at all.

Please be gentle with me on this as I am embarrassed enough to make this post in the first place. I recently over spent my money and spent my savings at the worst possible time. If I had a little more time everything would be okay... But this is urgent! Any help (or even suggestions) you can offer I will take appreciatively.

I'm awful sorry to hear about what you're going through, unfortunately I'm kinda in the same situation as you (clients are telling me that the checks in the mail lately).

If I were in your shoes, I would simply exhaust every possible resource, I'm sure you are doing just that. If you haven't done so already, I'd do searches on ''low income veterinary services'' (not that I'm suggesting that you're low income or anything, that's just a location where a lot of resources seemed to pop up) such as this one.

I sincerely hope that you find a remedy for this most unexpected and most unfortunate occurrence.

Get on the phone . . . pawn your car for about a month, whatever, just make certain that (and I reiterate) you exhaust every possible resource, that way you at least know that you did your best.

I'm in the same boat but I think Facetious gives you great advice. Pawn whatever you have and save your dog. You can always get more money but your dog is irreplaceable. Also, put some heat back on the vet! Save the dog and let you make payments to him or something. I mean....saving *******....isn't that his JOB?

I have been looking for finacial assistance programs to help pay for this and nothing seems reasonable from them wanting all kinds of paperwork I don't have time to fill out... (This is URGENT) to them telling me to apply for care credit which I am not eligible for. I don't have anything to pawn nothing I have is worth enough and I've never driven. If you can't donate which I understand could you repost this somewhere where more people might see it and be able to help out?
