Then all of a sudden, I met girls, got laid, etc. Now I'm totally in love with a girl who I never thought I'd be lucky enough to have.

come on man. get up, go out, talk to the ladies..on second thought, don't talk. let them talk and listen to what they are saying, or at least pretend to, and nod in at the appropriate moments (that is whenver she makes a pause, that's when she wants you to agree with her.) that's what you need to do. smoke a bowl, loosen up. whatever. go to the gym, it's a great way to meet shallow people.

Its all out self confedence mate. I was like you a few years ago but then i decided to do something about it i started going out every week with my mates started getting more confedent walking up to girls etc it dont matter about getting layed just been able to go upto a girl and talk to her is great. Worked for me and now one of those girls who i spent 20 mins plucking up the courage to talk to is now my girlfriend.

Ijust guessin, but by the way you have described yourself, im thinkin that your the type of person that "slouches". Stand/walk with your back straight...it shows confidence without even needing to speak to a person, even if you feel shy about talkin to a girl, this helps as women see that u look more dominant and you are a winner...
oh yea, use chat rooms or forum boards like this to build confidence, take da piss outta people if you have to, even if it gets you banned (...so what...there are waaay more sites on the net you could try out)...conifidence in yourself would boost up.

I told people with confidence about it and treated it like it was no big deal. I had plenty of girls interested in me for the sole fact that I didn't give a damn that I hadn't had sex
