I am running for president in 2012

I would like to announce my decision to run for president of the U.S. in the 2012 election. I will be running as an independent candidate and am currently searching for a running mate. Here is my initial 10 Point Program for Change. It's change you can believe in! Yes we can! Waddams in 2012!

1. Direct election of Supreme Court justices.
2. Outlaw parents hitting children.
3. Legalize public nudity.
4. 13th grade added to high school.
5. Federal standard for statutory rape laws.
6. Subsidize organic food.
7. Legalize postmortem cannibalism.
8. Constitutional amendment to abolish underwear.
9. Return lands wrongfully taken from Native Americans.
10. Legalize peyote.

You just lost about 99.99999% of the votes.

well, 9 out of 10 ain't bad. as for returning lands, i'm being reasonable in only calling for the return of wrongfully taken lands, not the entire country. my legal precedent is the UN declaration which allowed for decolonization of third world countries. i think the same standard should apply to the U.S. in relation to Native Americans where appropriate.

but i'll get the porn vote. and maybe i can sway the narrow minded. Especially if I say i'm going to appoint some super hot pornstar as Secretary of Porn or the head of the Pornland Security Department.

I don't know about that... Most porn viewers are too fat, lazy and naked to actually get up from their chair to vote...

For that alone, you get my vote.

Well, it sort of depends on what you mean by "wrongly" but there are various pretty clear cut cases of wrongfully taken land that i think should be addressed immediately when i become president.

milton waddams, are you for real or are you just joking ?

hard to tell, isn't it?:1orglaugh

well i dont think you are being serious, but honestly i dont really care

honestly i dont really care

but your liberties are being denied. for example, your liberty to have your twig and two berries swing freely in the wind while walking down the block. I refer you to point 3 of the 10 Point Program.

if public nudity was legalized, i dont know if i would agree or disagree

because not all people are good looking enough to be able to walk around naked, plus i dont want to see other naked men all the time

and if i say i think black people are ugly and don't want to look at them, maybe that's grounds for segregating them?

They were here and then their land was taken from them.

Look it up on Google and see where the natives were before and after.
All their land is where America is now.

I agree, public nudity is a bad thing.

the question is how much land was wrongfully acquired. maybe it is 50%, maybe less, maybe more. start with the clear cut cases and work your way out from there.

Tribes of the Indian Nation

When Europeans first came to the Americas, they thought that they were discovering new land. Instead they were greeted with a land which was already inhabited by people with their own way of life. What happened after that is described by some as an American Holocaust. A lot of death and destruction came to Native American tribes when the European explorers and settlers landed.

The Indian Removal Act of 1830 – Trail of Tears

Throughout decades of English immigrants and the formation of the United States, Native Americans were continually mistreated. They were looked at as “savages” and were made slaves. The English had no tolerance of them and many wanted them dead. This was mostly because they did not share religious beliefs and they did not share the same way of living. Natives were killed by attack after attack. Their crops were destroyed by settlers leaving them dying of starvation.

On May 28, 1830, Andrew Jackson enacted the Indian Removal Act as a means to “trade” land which lied on the eastern side of the Mississippi where the Native Americans resided. In return, the Native Americans would be given land which was designated for them west of the Mississippi. Within the treaty there were some important terms of conditions in which the President guaranteed these different nations.

Indian Removal Act

The Indian Removal Act is a good example of fucked up shit. So is the prevalent perception of indians as "savages." Neither of these establishes that 100% of the U.S. was wrongfully taken from Native Americans.

Yes, it does.

They were here first. They signed treaties that later were all broken.

The Europeans that came here have no claim whatsoever to any land in this country.

The Europeans were squatting on land that wasn't their's and then they mass murdered the rightful owners of this land.
