Hummus

I've honestly just dipped my finger or a spoon in it and just ate it as is, pretty good

Carrots, chips or spread on sandwiches is good too

Just pita bread... I'm boring that way.

Bingo. My favourite way of using hummus is to make an interesting sandwich with some kind of flavoured chicken (tikka, barbecue, chargrilled, whatever) and slapping some hummus on as well as some salad leaves or coleslaw or something. Plain hummus is great but I also like lemon & coriander, roasted red pepper, jalopeno and especially caramelized red onion varieties.

The principle ingredient of hummus is chickpeas. The principle ingredient of baba ghanoush is aubergine. So I would say... no.

He means eggplant. And not every middle eastern dish is interchangeable with hummus. Wow.

I go to this Lebanese place and get their Combo Grill which is 3 different types of kebab. I take some meat and salad, put it in the flatbread, smear a buncha hummus all over, and eat a very good sandwich.

I love dipping any veggies in hummus, pita chips, bread, I went on a big hummus kick for months and now I'm at the stage where I don't want to touch it for awhile. I do this with a lot of foods, I eat them like crazy and then one day..meh.

Now that I have thought about it some time I'm pretty sure I've never ate hummus. Maybe I should picks some up the next time I'm shopping for food if I remember to, which I probably won't.

Crackers, chips, or well-baked pita bread are my choices for eating with hummus. Now I want to make some...but damn, I'm an awful cook.
