HR-1591 Funding Spinach over Troops

Hiliary 2020
On March 23 Congress ****** H.R. 1591, The US Troop Readiness, Veterans' Health and Iraq Accountability Act. it ****** by only a 6 vote margin 218-212.Very close vote considering Nancy Pelosi used 24 billion dollars of U.S. taxpayers money to bribe congress members to vote in HER favor.
The bill will fund the troops in Iraq and Afghanistan only if there is a August 2008 troop withdrawal date set. A retreat date. If you don't know, Congress has no authority to make such a date. NONE.
She needed to add 24 Billion dollars of ****** taxpayer money to the bill in order to get it ****** (bribes) because the bill does agree to fund the troops, and many Democratic members of congress would not have voted for any funding for the war effort without these special interest additions.
Again the democrats are playing politics with peoples lives in an all out effort to LOSE the war on ****** for their own political gains. And using taxpayers sweat and sacrifices(money) to do it.
See, Pelosi and her friends knew Bush would have no choice but to veto it. They knew it, but yet still ****** it. When Bush vetos it the troops will be left without funding. That means no Bullets. That means their lives are at a much greater risk.. Now if its the lives and safety of the troops that is really the concern of these people, why would they try to leave them utterly defensless? I'll tell you why. Because they want to lose. And not even more dead soldiers will stand in their way. They want out fine, I understand. I do also. But they should not play politics with lives. The fact is troops are there at this moment, whether we like it or not.Leaving them to be slaughtered or at best ****** retreat is not the way to end it. Or is it?

Of the Billions of additional dollars added to the act are:
25 million for Spinach
60 million for salmon
450 million to agriculture
1 Billion 223 million more to Hurricane Katrina relief
147 million for "refugee assistance'? huh? sounds like the opposite of border security.
Ect, ect,,,and much, much more.
I spent a few hours researching HR-1591. the most 'to the point" page I found was this guy in Florida. He sums it up very well.

Here are a few pages commenting on it. If you want to read. One obviously conservative, One obviously liberal. What a contrast.
I did notice the liberal page praising Pelosi mentioned nothing of the Billions of Tax dollars being offered by Congress.
