Just fill out the form and she shall be considered! A few things to consider (for any babe suggested now or in the future):

- She must have a first and last name (so no single named babes unless VERY famous)

- Fill out as much of the bio as you can

- Make sure before submitting that she has at least 3 links that we can put in her babe section...we get a lot of suggestions for 'one trick ponies' who have only done one porn scene. If we add her, we'll get 25 links to the exact same promo content and that's not what we want.

- Fan club is a snail mail (physical) address, not a official site.
