How do you start a porn company?

I was just wondering how these companies like Vivid, Color Climax, Anabolic, etc. got started, and how to start one yourself. I mean like how do you go about getting a studio, hiring pornstars, getting your dvds/videos offically produced like mastered?

Becasue I would love to own my own porn company....but wouldn't we all lol :thumbsup:
