I agree, the guy paid his debt and we all deserve second chances.
I think Roger Goodell is the best commissioner in all of sports, the guy just seems like he knows when to be fair and when to be tough. Tony Dungy deserves all the respect in the world for taking Vick under his wing and guiding him in the right direction.
He will get it right this time.
The stinkin' ass Jets will be sorry they passed on the guy when Mark Sanchez is getting bounced off the ground more than a $1 pinkie ball! :1orglaugh
I don't think it matters. Personally, I hate the son of a bitch. If he never played another down in the NFL, I wouldn't have cared. I hope he goes to a Philly and under performs as he has his entire career. The guy is a sub par quarterback with above average speed for his position. That's it. He can throw it a mile, but has no idea where it's going. With any luck, he'll be ineffective in Philly and looking for a job in two years.
Not sure Donovan is going to hang around much longer....probably wants to leave on his own terms....Vick is probably being groomed to succeed McNab.
I'm happy for him and I think it was the right decision and I hope Vick don't screw up his second chance

As far as the crimes he's committed, as long as he served a reasonable punishment, I don't have a problem with him coming back.
As far as thinking he's a good enough football player that's worth having a team pick him up, that's another matter. His marginal abilities just aren't worth the public relations headache.
Yea so the guy can run, that is not going to last in the rough and touvh NFC east, he has to get his arm strength, which he never really had.
