How can I stop myself from emailing someone?

I have no self control...Is there any way that I can stop myself from emailing someone? (I know you can block incoming mail but what about outgoing mail to a certain address?) My girl cheated on me and I left her not too long ago. She wants to get back together but I don't want to be with a cheating, lying bitch. She recently had her number changed so I quickly deleted it from my phone, I never got a chance to memorize but I of course know her email address. I don't want to contact her but I can't help it and will probably cave. Any suggestions?

But this will just make you get into contact with her in other ways.

Seriously. Simple, to the point, but if you listen to me, and follow that advice, you will find yourself, albeit eventually, a much happier and saner person. Take some time for yourself, and give no more of it to the cheater.

I kinda go through this, but only when I'm drunk. And not email, text message. The trick with that is to just delete their number off your phone before you go out drinking. However, email... You're screwed.

If you are truly psychologically unable to resist the compulsion to e-mail her, then you should be seeking professional medical help because you have a serious mental disorder and are most likely a danger to yourself and others.
