Definitely from Deeper.com -- scene has Michael Stefano in it. Let me see what scene this is. It is the Alexis Tae scene with Michael. "Why We Stay" Released June 10, 2021.
The redhead appears at the beginning of the scene in a non-sex role. She plays the wife and is talking with Michael about the prenuptial agreement as he is reading a book. He says, "well you don't get paid unless you can prove that I'm unfaithful. So what are you getting at Ward?"
She is Maitland Ward. Comments to the scene also confirm this.
At the end of the movie, Alexis leaves the bedroom after having the sexual encounter with Michael. She has left her cell phone on and has recorded the audio of their escapades. Alexis betrays Michael and passes the audio recording over to the wife. Apparently there is also some parts of the encounter that were videotaped. Maitland passes a snippet of the affair to Michael's phone. Maitland now has all the evidence she needs to get the money from the prenuptial agreement. Michael plays the snipets from his phone, and realizes the betrayal. He says, "Ward, how much did you pay her? Maitland's response is, "A lot less than what you are going to pay me."
