Don't quote me on this as I haven't researched it yet, but I think that is Katie Price a.k.a Jordan's younger sister. Seem to remeber seeing something about her in a lads mag.

Booyah, just looked into it and yes, it is Sophie Price, Jordan's 18 year old sister.
