I've spent hours trying to find out who this is, help put it to rest!
Any help is greatly appreciated, I tried doing some searches on women with tatoo's on their shoulders as I can't really tell what it is. Also tried searching pink zip up top but couldn't find anything out with that either. Thanks again for any input.
