I found a copy of that pic which had a watermark where yours is colored over. It said Karen Oliver Casal Porra Loka.

I found pics of the one on the right under Karen Oliver.

"Casal Porra Loka" translates from Portuguese to English as "Crazy Fucking Couple" - according to Google.
