Minnesota lawmaker in rest stop sex scandal with teen boy changes mind, drops re-election bid

At least one high-ranking Democrat has called for the lawmaker to resign after Gauthier admitted to engaging in oral sex with a teenager at a Minnesota rest stop, according to police reports that were made public late last week.
Republican leaders called on Gauthier to resign immediately from his legislative seat, but Democrats did not make that request.
Hmmm.... not much press coverage, and, the dems did not request him to step down.
