Historical event you would have liked to have witnessed?

The fall of the Berlin wall. Still remember seeing those images on TV wishing I could be there to help tear it down and to give the finger to the Soviets.

The fall of Siagon

The JFK Assassination

The Lincoln Assassination

Exceptional choices, and I agree entirely. Although I'd have liked to have just visited them during their prime, and would also add the library of Alexandria, and perhaps the burning of it as well.

Altamont

Oh yeah, good one.
I be like " hey man, don't flash that gun, there are Angels all over the place and these guys will kill ya".

then i'd party with this guy, then roll him for all his bread for bus fare back home.

I'd also like to have witnessed the taking of the crown by Richard III of England and The battle of Bosworth.
" A horse, a horse. My kingdom for a horse!".
well at least they've got it on video

The murder of Julius Caesar, the transformation of Rome from a Republic to an imperial state and the birth of Jesus Christ.

See, if I could be transported back to about 50 B.C. and just left there, I could save a whole bunch on travel expenses.

Don’t go to Bethlehem. You probably won’t find him, Joseph and Mary there.
