From time to time I download a video and it only plays a minute or less of it. For example, the file size will be 44MB and it will only play for 19 seconds. If I fiddle with the play bar, it will jump forward in the video, but the total time is only 19 seconds. The video should be 20 minutes. It doesn't matter what player I use, they all do the same thing. Any reason why this could be happening?
