I found her in a Canadian Hustler mag from August 2001. A pictorial called Roadside Lube job: Julie, John and Brian. The pictorial was photographed by Clive McClean. I take it her name is Julie... I've been looking for years, but found nothing. Its been a real chore to try and find a Hustler model named Julie. I would really love to find out who the hell she is and start getting into her films. In the pictorial, she does anal, so maybe that'd help a bit. I took these pictures of the pictorial, so bear with the low quality please. Maybe you guys can help me out.
