I took this screenshot and put it into Yandex and Tineye. I came back with nothing.
The video is at least four years old. (as that was at the time of the first of five comments) - video is probably much older. If I were to guess between six to eight years old. Who knows? It could go back to a decade ago.
This is a random Streamate, MFC, Chaturbate, Camsoda or BongaCams camgirl. She has probably delisted herself at those places as well.
Good luck in trying to identify her. It will most likely be a dead end.
