The problem with the Snipping Tool is sometimes you snip out too much, or not enough.

I'm assuming the issue he's having is because the image is WEBP instead of JPEG. It boggles the mind why the creator of Xenforo was stupid enough to leave out support for WEBP.

Anyhow, save the pic, then go to the site below. You can submit the pic and convert it to JPEG. After converting, save the JPEG and you're good to go.
