Why not just make it yourself? If it's worth having it's worth working for and if that means putting in the effort to learn how to make one and making one, then so be it.

Funny you should mention that - I work for a lottery fraud office (we vet people before they recieve their winnings) and we just dispatched her to a teachers house in Indiana with a cheque...

That, I suspect, is because they see it as a last desperate chance.
As for Sara jean, she was on her way and she was in fact a mere 7 minutes from the teachers abode when I read your message and decided that since you don't play the lottery there must have been a mistake - and recalled her to head office.
