Help identifying old blacks on blondes/dogart girls or scene

Hoping someone can help as I've been searching for information on this scene for quite some time. I first ran across this in the late 90s or early 2000s, and it was featured on blacksonblondes.com, in fact one of the images from this set was part of their front page for quite a while. Outside of that, I really don't have any other information about the scene other than the fact that I think the male performer might be Lex Steele. At this point I can only find the images via wayback machine, but I've run across them on various free sites in the past. As of now I can find this and several other images from the scene, but I'm trying to find any other information about it, the female performers, or any links to the actual video.
