Help Downloading Adobe Flash

I have an older Mac PowerBook G4 that I recently put a new hard drive in. I'm trying to find out how to download Adobe Flash. I tried downloading the newest version (10.3) but it said, "10.1 is the last version that Power PC supports." Any advice on how I can get a version of Flash that will work on my computer?
