Headlight flashing OK, Missouri judge says

"It's a common practice among drivers who pass through a speed trap: Flash your headlights at approaching cars as a warning to slow down. Now, a federal court judge in Missouri says penalizing drivers for the headlight flash ******** their First Amendment right to free speech."

This could derail cops issuing tickets to us warning drivers to slow down. My take is that if I see a cop parked, I'm going to warn other drivers to slow down. The police job is safety, not to give tickets.
