Now you yankees and foreigners probably don't know what that is but it is one of the grandest culinary events that you could ever experience. We are even having a couple of turkeys thrown on the cooker with the pig for those that don't eat pork and when it is chopped and the sauce is added you almost can't tell it is not pork.
