Have you gotten any helpful advice from a *****?

I had a ***** today where I was given weight training advice. I was told to use explosive movements on the contraction part of the excercise but stay slow for the negatives. I've always been slow up/slow down. Anyways, I just tried it and damn, am I pumped.

Just thought I'd share.

Back to looking in the mirror.
