There never has been any such competition. I think this is because FreeOnes don't want anything saying this OCSM is better than that OCSM. They are just glad to have you all here :thumbsup:

Besides a minor technicality the difference between on "official" one and the other ones would be pretty much nothing unless Freeones.com just picked the person itself and no voting were done.
In any case like bodie54 said before it's been kind of done before just not with OCSM only.
