Just curious. If you're not sure what I'm referring to, it's a workout program done by Shaun T. Their site has a forum, but I'm not much of a fan of it, so I figured I would see if anyone here has started or finished it. It's so intense. I'm in pretty good shape, not a steroid freak or anything, but I go to the gym and run (though the latter not so much lately because of the snow and I don't care for treadmills). But Insanity kicked my ass when I started it. I feel lots better now but it's still tiring! I thought I would start a thread to see if anyone else was into this program since no one I know personally does it (though one friend said she was going to start but hasn't yet).
