Hmm, no doubt I'd be a good bet to ask... since I am working on my PhD in Harleyology, but sadly I do not know the number of photos.
I actually could have told you how many sets there were, and how many videos since on my hard drive they each have their own directory and I could have just looked at the file count at the bottom of the folders.
In order to figure that out the exact number of pictures, however, I'd have to do a bunch of mathS, and fuck mathS (are you happy I included your precious "S" Stiffy?
) or stuff all of the photos into one folder and that would just make a huge, messy directory. Much, much easier to have each neatly laid out in it's own section. I needs to keep my Harley Spencer all organized and stuff. :yesyes:Though... I do know of something that could be tracked down that might help. In my head, whatever a "mathematic" is, you never do one at a time. You always do mathematics. So, you shorten the word to maths. "Math" implies that you're only doing one mathematic, which as we all know is impossible. So you say maths instead. End of. *
On a similar note, I firmly believe the etymology of the word "news" is that we used to say "new and very important newsworthy events(!)" when it was time for that particular part of the schedule on the Television, and we abbreviated it to "news" to save time. And also because nobody really knew what was meant by "newsworthy." Thus creating an ouroboros paradox.
* If Miss Harley wants to say "math" I will not bat an eyelid. She can call it whatever she wants, because she so pretty.

I think I may know what you're referring to.
In my original post, I was considering putting in the stats of the results of last year's guessing contest, or simply a link to the thread. Then that might give people a better roundabout idea of roughly the number of photos I have now.

Ha I'm sticking with math as singular.
Speaking of putting an "s" on the end of words... My boyfriend does that all the time. Like when we go out to eat and he gets a caesar salad, he said "caesars" instead of caesar. He does that with a bunch of other words too, but I can't think of them at the moment.

Aww see now I'm wishing I would've stuck with either the singing contest or the fan sign face photo contest instead of the banner. I was thinking more people would be into making a banner than they would singing or showing pics of their face.
Then again, you'd also think a contest like this would have more than 14 people who have guessed so far, especially considering that this thread has had, what, 500-some views so far? Can't remember what the number was. 14 people out of 500? Well, guess that means better chances for those that do participate!

Seems to me like there really aren't a whole tonne of people kicking around the Talk Section right now, and traffic in general seems to be down, which maybe can chalked up to the holidays and people off visiting relatives or entertaining themselves with their gifts.
Maybe you should toss a few pics into the Niche and Fetish Corner and mention the contest in those threads and drop a link? Might snag some interest from the crop of folks there that don't frequent the Talk Section. :dunno:

Yeah, I don't get it. And yep, you might not need to. I'm really surprised that only one person (you) so far has made a sig. But, it's going on until January 6th, so maybe some more people will come around by then, both with guesses and banners.
That's an idea.
I"ll be submitting a couple pretty soon. I just haven't had a chance to do it over the holidays.
