Sometimes people just don't know the girls, my dude. It sucks, I know, but the best you can do is try to have good pics, any leads you have, and try bumping on both US and EU time. We helped you with some advice here, as I recall.

I can promise you, no one has it out for you. Sometimes people just don't know. Even once, Petra had a 500 credit bounty on an ID. Guess what. No one knew.
