Last year, one of our two Administrative Staff sent the Manager an e-mail, that she'd be leaving us / taking another job. I don't remember if he was particularly busy - but he didn't read it .. until like a week-plus later! That late - he didn't consider the date IT WAS SENT, and distributed it to the office, and commented about how much she'd be missed, etc. She sent out an e-mail shortly thereafter, saying she was NOT leaving, and the Manager obviously missed the joke!!

A few years ago my wife pulled a gag on us. She pretended that she got terminated from her job as a nurse at UCLA. I didn't appreciate her prank but she let me off the hook since I was worrying so much that I might actually have to get one of those job thing-a-ma-jigs.
