Few people haver heard about Hannah Steller, but I doubt that there is any pornointernaut that has never seen her face and wondered if she did porn.
Her story: her brother took a picture of her and posted in some photo sharing site. Then, this image was used by a site that owns internet domains to signal that the domain does not exist - which means that, for some time, whenever anyone misstyped a url, her smiling face would appear.
And, answering the obvious question, no, she didn't profit by the fame to do porn, not even modelling.
