halo: combat evolved remastered coming soon too. and halo 4, supposedly has a plot leaked in easter eggs from halo 3, halo 3 odst, and halo reach...bungie said if people who loved halo watched the trailer, they would understand the basic idea. great. now i gotta go back and play through halo reach legendary and find all the tablets and halo 3 and find all the terminals

Thanks, for that. Looks great. I always thought the ending on Halo 3 (legendary mode) left it open. I wonder if they'll tie it in somehow with the book Ghosts of Onyx?.

Yeah on Legendary Mode, you have to wait for the credits to finish by themselves and then you get the special ending. Similar to the first Halo, if I remember right.
Good to see the story progress and not another prequel or remake or odst garbage. Even though we get Halo Anniversary this year and Halo 4 next year..

I am very excited, though Halo 3 was not one of my favorite games. Enjoyed the gameplay, but was not impressed with the graphics. Maybe I just did not have enough attachment to the series as I had never played the first 2.

Started off playing some reach first last weekend, and that was kinda addicting. Will try to start and finish Halo 3 this weekend.

I agree, especially being a big fan of The Chief, but I enjoyed ODST none the less. That said, of all the Halo games, I'm less inclined to replay that one.
It was hard fboy, alot of ps2'ers were die hard fanboys and would never give microsoft a chance. I have every system dating back to the intellivision, and I must the 360 by surpasses them all for over all ease, games and well roundedness. Now some console are better at this ot a singler little part of that, but the 360 is good at it all. Halo as an over all series was just epic due to its game play and split screen multiplayer and lan connection. It was the next step from n64's golden eye. I dont think I enjoyed the other stories as much as I did the original halo. Alot of people bash ODST but I found it rather neat. It was whta halo2 shouod have been. Halo2 got stupid, and halo3 well bungie new they fucked up the story line and just said we are sorry we will fix it by sticking master chief in another galaxy so we can forget about our stupid story line and oh btw he let another game developer make it so our stupidity wont fuck up this new story line.

^ I know what you mean. I was a PS fan since my first PS1, but all my mates were raving about Halo so about 18 months ago I bought an Xbox360 to play the Halo games. Since then I've played all the Halo series and am a BIG fan. I know a lot of the "fan-boys" bash one or the other but I love both my Xbox and PS3. ....

Im so freakin pumped about this... The second that I heard Cortana's voice during the first time in the trailer I became a squeeing little ninny girl and all my guy friends had to shut my ass up. hahaha. But either way, HELLA excited for thsi game.
