Huhu.. How many people here do some kind of exercising nowadays? I haven't been in gyms for multiple years since dropping one of my not-bodybuilding related hobbies when moving to another city. That video reminds me pretty well how gyms tend to have all kind of people, specially those who tend to go there just to sit on exercising cycle to play with their phones or just to chat with people rarely making any sweat at all. I used to have much more hobbies before and even did some swimming too, but I feel I'm starting to get more lazy, there is no time or when that point comes where you have to make choice of having fun or going pro ***** the fun.
I'm not fat, but I'm far from perfect shape. Still, I could use elevator each day like lazy people or people who think it's smarter option, but I choose to use stairs each day only because "I can". I also plan and hopefully can use them as long as possible, before my health gets too bad. Whenever weather allows, I'm not in a hurry or distance is not too long, I tend to ride with a bike a lot still over using vechiles. Sometimes when weather is nice, I may even walk to the shop and carry shopping bags back by feet, which means around 1km to one direction. Maybe I should start doing some more exercising again. What about the rest? It's said that doing some training increases testosterone and helps keeping up libido too as well as increases self-confidence when one does not thing he looks out of shape ugly...
Exercising properly can be very healthy, but there are some limits with it when people go far overboard or aren't doing diverse enough exercising with their training and get those freaky far out of shape looks. Women in shape can look sexy too (as long as they keep their femine shapes and features
