That's Alison Tyler. However, she's posed in such a way, so that you can't see her floral tattoo. It would be on her right side. As noted here.

Seems that the person who said that it was Alison at NTP has no points. (I tend to have issues with guys who have no points) Therefore, let's continue to bump this.
Nothing about the OP's picture in Tineye. In Yandex, picture shows up but the links seem spammy.

I was looking at her face. India Summer would be a good choice. Then I was comparing her with your girl in post #1. Now if her boobs have been photoshopped and been made bigger, then India would be a good answer because she'd have boobs that are a bit smaller.
